Rosatom, Sergey Shishkarev and Transmashholding to merge logistics assets

Rosatom State Corporation, businessman Sergey Shishkarev and Transmashholding agreed to consolidate their logistics assets and create a joint company. Aim of the merger is to form a national leader of the transportation and logistics market in Russia and one of the leading players in the international logistics market. Сomplete the consolidation of assets and define the business model of the future company, the parties plan to finalize the merger by the end of 2025.
