Rusagro will start building a butter plant in Kuzbass in 2025

Start of construction of an oil extraction plant for processing oilseeds in Topka district of Kemerovo region is scheduled for 2025, the head of the region Ilya Seredyuk wrote in his Telegram channel. Enterprise will process about 1 million tons of rapeseed and produce 600-700 thousand tons of oil per year. Commissioning of the plant is scheduled for 2027. Investments in the project may amount up to ₽21 billion.
