Pre-IPO Exalter applications will be accepted until February 19

Exalter's Pre-IPO investor applications will be collected between January 22 and February 19, 2025. The company intends to raise ₽660 million to launch and train its proprietary Visible AD platform to scale its business in the online advertising market. Placement will take place on the MOEX Start platform. Securities are only available to qualified investors.
