Softline repaid its debt to BERKS

IT company Softline promptly repaid its debt to T-distributor BERKS, which today published a notice on Fedresource about its intention to file a bankruptcy petition against Softline. Debt was incurred due to a delay in acceptance of the delivered equipment by one of the state customers, Softline explains.
