Court disagreed with Sual's claims against Rusal's board members

Arbitration Court of the Kaliningrad region has dismissed the claims of Sual Partners, an ICOO, to recover ₽74 billion from members of Rusal's board of directors. Largest minority shareholder of the aluminum company demanded that the board of directors reimburse Rusal for losses on hedging transactions, which, according to the plaintiff, were concluded with irregularities.
