Board of Directors of Phosagro recommended that dividends be paid for 2024

PhosAgro's Board of Directors has recommended a dividend of ₽171 per ordinary share for 2024. When voting ballots are approved at the Annual General Meeting, shareholders will be offered several options within the above maximum possible dividend amount.
