Softline develops the industrial software business

Softline has announced plans to develop the industrial software direction. This direction will unite products and solutions of Softline Group for industry in terms of product expertise, corporate management, centralized sales and overall development strategy. Direction will include the following companies: OMZ-IT and VISITECH. In addition, Softline is considering M&A deals to strengthen its expertise in the development of specialized solutions for industry.
