O'Key Group redomiciles to Russia

Board of Directors of O'Key Group proposed to shareholders to redomicile the company from Luxembourg to Russia. Shareholders' meeting on this issue will be held on March 25, 2025. In case of a favorable decision, the company's shares will be converted into ICPAO shares at a 1:1 ratio.
