JetLend targets a valuation of ₽7 billion

JetLend is targeting an IPO offering price of around ₽65-70 per share and plans to raise ₽650-700 million, Roman Khoroshev, founder of the platform, said during an airing on the Gazprombank Investment telegram channel. Company has already prepared 10 million additional shares, which is 10% of the authorized capital. Another 2.2 million shares will be in the cash-out format. Thus, the entire JetLend is estimated at ₽6.5-7 billion.
