MTS paid for control of Vinteo's VCS ₽1.3 billion

MTS paid for 51% in videoconferencing solutions developer Vinteo ₽1.29 billion, the company's 2024 consolidated financial statements show. In the annual report, the company also said it paid ₽807 million in cash and 4.9% of a Russian operator of personal mobility aids to buy a Belarussian electric scooter developer.
