JetLend has started collecting IPO filings

JetLend has set the price range for its IPO offering on the SPX at ₽60-65 per share. Application collection begins today and will continue until March 25. Company expects to raise ₽650-700 million to further develop its business by offering 10 million additional shares and 2.2 million shares to founders and minority shareholders. IPO will also allow to implement a long-term employee motivation program and increase the company's visibility among potential partners and customers.
