MTS has completed one of the important stages of transformation

MTS transferred stakes in six group companies under the management of MTS Ecosystem LLC as part of the transformation process, the start of which was announced in December 2024. 99% in MTS Media LLC, 98.536% in MTS Digital LLC, 1% in KION LLC, 100% in MTS AI LLC and 99.99% in IT Grad 1 Cloud LLC were transferred. MTS also made a cash contribution of ₽4 billion to the authorized capital of Ecosystem MTS LLC and formed the Management Board of Ecosystem MTS LLC, which included representatives of the group's business areas.
