LSR agreed to purchase two hotels in the center of St. Petersburg

LSR acquires a three-star Ibis hotel on Ligovsky Prospekt in St. Petersburg and a neighboring building of a future hotel under construction, according to a report on the evaluation of the developer's real estate portfolio. New assets are valued at ₽2.66 billion. Timing of the deal closing and further plans for the use of new assets in LSR refused to comment.
