Fix Price is preparing to exchange receipts for shares

Bank of Russia has registered the prospectus of ordinary shares of PJSC “Fix Price”. This decision may become a step towards the exchange of global depositary receipts for shares of the Russian legal entity. Earlier, the company reported that it does not plan to set any restrictions on participation in the exchange depending on the terms of acquisition of receipts.
