M.Video-Eldorado shareholders finalized ₽30 billion in additional funding for the company

Shareholders of M.Video-Eldorado have completed the process of providing the company with 30 bln of financing. Cash has been received in full on the company's accounts. Final stage of additional capitalization will be an additional share issue by private subscription. Decision on its holding has already been made by the Board of Directors, and the key parameters are planned to be approved at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. Investments received by the Company will be used to implement the Company's new development strategy for 2025-2027.
