The court partially satisfied the claim of Aeroflot to Yakovlev for $84.8 million.

The Moscow Arbitration Court partially satisfied the claim of Aeroflot, which demanded to recover about $84.8 million (more than 6.8 billion rubles at the current exchange rate) from the Yakovlev aircraft manufacturing company, part of the UAC. In the claim, Aeroflot claimed to recover from the defendant "compensation for a special aircraft quality guarantee-a guarantee of the reliability of flights and interest for the delay in payment of compensation".
