T-Technologies gets control in co-owner of Tochka

T-Technologies Group received a 50.01% stake in Catalytic People, which owns 64% in the Tochka service for Entrepreneurs. The remaining 49.99% of the joint venture is owned by Vladimir Potanin's Interros, which has been among the consortium of Tochka investors since the summer of 2023.
