T-Technologies gets a stake in Yandex

The company "Catalytic People", control of which was recently obtained by" T-Technologies", became the sole owner of a legal entity that was part of the consortium of investors to buy out Russian assets of Yandex. As follows from the data of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, MKOOO "Catalytic People" received 100% of the shares of LLC "Meridian-Service" on May 26.
