Sber plans to sell Eaptek

The new owner of Eapteka may be the Wildberries marketplace. Now the network belongs to Sberbank and R-Pharm. The marketplace has been negotiating with both parties since the beginning of 2025. Several sources close to the companies spoke about the preparation of the deal on condition of anonymity. Both owners, according to sources, are interested in selling this pharmacy asset.
