Rosdorbank placed an additional share issue

Rosdorbank completed the placement of additional share issue. After the issue of additional ordinary shares, the bank's authorized capital increased by ₽446.4 million to ₽3.41 billion. Equity increased by ₽556.6 million to ₽4.69 billion. Raised funds bank will use to expand its participation in government programs of co-financing and preferential lending to the road sector.
