Shareholders of M.Video approved additional issue

Shareholders of M.Video decided to place up to 500 million additional shares by closed subscription. Currently, the company's authorized capital consists of 179.77 million shares. Thus, as a result of the additional issue, it can be increased by 3.78 times. Announced volume of the additional issue is the maximum value to allow investors who provided funds for the implementation of the new strategy to receive shares of the company, as well as to exercise the pre—emptive right to purchase securities by current shareholders, the company explained.
