KIFA retains plans to launch an IPO

KIFA digital trade platform between Russia and China in the B2B segment may hold an IPO on the Moscow Stock Exchange in late 2025 or early 2026, founder and chairman of the Board of Directors of the company Sun Tianshu said on the sidelines of SPIEF 2025. Initially, the deal was planned for 2024, but it was postponed amid a prolonged drop in the Moscow Exchange index last summer.
