VDK-Energo can be connected to EL5-Energo

Board of Directors of EL5-Energo has approved the conclusion of a confidentiality agreement with the Lukoil-owned energy company VDK-Energo. Аgreement is concluded for the purpose of exchanging information to analyze the business activities and financial situation of companies and their affiliates in connection with the likely reorganization in the form of joining VDK-Energo to EL5-Energo.
