X5 Group, GC Orientir and the Government of the Vologda Region signed a trilateral agreement on the construction of a modern multi-temperature complex with an area of 37,000 square meters with the possibility of further expansion. It will supply stores in five regions — Arkhangelsk, Vologda, Ivanovo, Kostroma and Yaroslavl region — and will become a key link in X5 Group's logistics network in the northeastern part of Central Russia. Construction is scheduled to be completed in the first quarter of 2027.
