O'key Group convened EGM on the issue of business separation

Board of Directors of O'KEY has convened a meeting to approve an intra-group restructuring, which will result in the division of the business into two independent structures — the discounter segment and the hypermarket segment. The shareholders' meeting will be held on July 18, 2025.
