SmartTechGroup has completed the placement of an additional issue

SmartTechGroup has placed 745 million additional ordinary shares by closed subscription in favor of Promsvyazbank at a price of ₽1.89 per share. As a result,1,1.35 billion was raised in the company's capital. These funds will be used to increase the regulatory capital of IFC CarMoney and implement the group's strategy for 2025-2028.
