MTS has completed the formation of the fintech and kicksharing verticals as part of the group's corporate governance transformation that began in December. Company contributed 99.31% of MTS Fintech LLC, as well as 84.61% of Yuret Bike.ru LLC to the authorized capital of its subsidiary MTS Ecosystem LLC. Total amount of the non-monetary contribution, according to an independent appraiser, amounted to 130 billion rubles. In mid-March, MTS transferred shares in five legal entities in the field of IT, media and advertising under the management of MTS Ecosystem LLC.
