Top manager of Transneft fell out of the window

Andrey Badalov, Vice President of Transneft, fell out of his apartment window and crashed. Preliminary cause of death is suicide. Badalov has been working at Transneft since 2021. He oversaw the issues of digital transformation and information technology. Prior to his appointment to Transneft, he headed the Voskhod Scientific Research Institute.
