Softline bought back one million of its shares in one trading day

Softline repurchased 1.053 million of its shares in one trading day on July 9, 2025 as part of a buyback program. Since the launch of buyback in October 2024, the company has already acquired 8.9 million shares. Repurchased securities will be used to finance M&A transactions and provide employee incentive option programs.
