MTS will pay ₽3 billion to the budget

Moscow Arbitration Court has recognized as lawful the acts of the Federal Antimonopoly Service, which oblige MTS to transfer to the state budget ₽ 3 billion of income received as a result of illegal tariff increases in April-May last year. The measure was applied by the FAS for the first time when establishing such an offense. According to the agency, it is proportionate and will contribute to the effective prevention of such unfair practices by telecom operators.
