Board of Directors of Svetofor Driving school has called a repeat meeting of shareholders on September 30, at which the issue of paying dividends based on the results of 2024 will be considered. Board of Directors' recommendation on the issue of dividends remains the same — ₽0.1 per ordinary share and ₽4.22 per preferred share.
