Kristall will be able to produce Pirates of the Caribbean rum

Supreme Court upheld the decision of the Intellectual Property Rights Court, which obliges Rospatent to register the Pirates of the Caribbean brand in the alcoholic beverage class at KVLZ Kristall. The plant plans to produce rum under this brand.
