Sk Capital invests in Softline ₽5 billion

Owned by the Skolkovo Foundation and VEB.Russian investment company Sk Capital has invested Softline ₽5 billion. In exchange, Sk Capital will receive over 10% of it, becoming the largest minority owner of Softline. Quasi-treasury shares of Investprojects LLC will be used for the transaction. Attracted investments will allow Softline to accelerate the group's development, including as part of its strategy to enter the international markets of friendly countries.
