Fesco gained control over part of the assets of PCMTP

Fesco subsidiary has been appointed the management company of several enterprises associated with the former beneficiaries of the Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky Commercial Seaport and nationalized in June 2025. Among them are enterprises that own refrigeration facilities: Khladokombinat, KMP Kholod LTD. At the same time, Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky Commercial Seaport and Kamchatka Shipping Company have not yet been transferred to Fesco management.
