Sk Capital received 12.76% of Softline

Owned by the Skolkovo Foundation and VEB.Russian investment company Sk Capital received 12.76% of Softline. Earlier it was reported that Sk Capital will invest ₽5 billion in Softline, becoming the largest minority shareholder with a share of more than 10%. Quasi-treasury shares were used for the transaction.
