Fix Price started buyback

Operator of the buyback program, Best Price LLC, acquired 13.7 million Fix Price shares on the Moscow Exchange from September 1 to September 12. Maximum volume of the buyback program is 1 billion shares, which is 1% of the authorized capital. Repurchased shares can be used, among other things, to be issued to employees as part of a long-term incentive program.
