Svetofor shareholders again failed to approve dividends

Repeated meeting of the shareholders of the Svetofor driving school was again declared invalid due to the lack of a quorum. Earlier, the board of directors recommended paying ₽0.1 per ordinary share and ₽4.22 per preferred share. Board of Directors will consider the issue of convening another repeated meeting with the same agenda on October 10.
