Rostec sells stake in Donskoy Plant of Radio Components

Rostec State Corporation sold 33.02% of the Donskoy Plant of Radio Components to Tatyana Loseva, former co-founder and chairman of the Board of New Moscow Bank. Transaction amount was ₽1,056 billion, or ₽6,983 per ordinary share.
