EL5-Energo will join JSC VDK-Energo and LLC LUKOIL-Ekoenergo

Board of Directors of EL5-Energo proposed to the shareholders to reorganize to merge JSC VDK-Energo and LLC LUKOIL-Ekoenergo. Shares of VDK-Energo JSC and shares of LUKOIL-Ekoenergo LLC will be converted into shares of the additional issue of EL5-Energo. Shareholders who vote against the reorganization or do not attend the meeting will be able to submit their shares for repurchase at ₽0.5653 per paper.
