Magnit will equip self-service cash desks with smart scales

Magnit retailer in mid-December will launch a pilot project to equip self-service cash registers with smart scales in three Moscow at home stores. In 2024, the company has already tested "smart" scales in stores at home in the format of free-standing scales in the trading floor. As a result of the pilot project, it was decided to refine the technology by integrating it into CSR, which will be the optimal solution for small-area stores.
