FGC Rosseti increased its stake in Rosseti Yug to 96.3%

Share of FGC Rosseti in the subsidiary ROSSETI Yug increased from 84.16% to 96.3%. The share change occurred as a result of the conversion of ROSSETI Kuban shares into Rosseti Yug securities during the merger.
