Basis Group set the IPO share placement price at ₽109 per share, which corresponds to the upper limit of the price range and capitalization of ₽18 billion. IPO volume was 27.52 million shares, or ₽3 billion. Trading in shares of the Basis Group will begin today under the ticker BAZA.
