Polyus company confirmed the forecast of gold production for 2025 at the level of 2.5-2.6 million ounces, about 81 tons. In 2024, Polyus increased its gold production to 3 million ounces, updating its production record. Reduction in production in 2025 is due to a decrease in the refining content at the Olympiada field, as Polyus has completed production at the fourth stage of the Vostochny quarry and is increasing the volume of stripping operations at the fifth stage of the quarry.
