Lukoil oil company is considering the application of the American bank Xtellus Partners as the main one in the process of selling its foreign assets, a source told Reuters. Xtellus Partners offers to arrange the exchange of Russian shares owned by American investors, including Lukoil's own securities, for foreign assets of oil company.
