Arbitration Court of the Kaliningrad region granted Rusal's claim to the mining and metallurgical company Rio Tinto for the recovery of 104.75 billion rubles. Dispute may be related to the exclusion of Rusal from the QAL Australian alumina refinery in 2022, where the Russian company owned 20% and Rio Tinto 80%.
