Softline has updated the Board of Directors

Softline shareholders have elected a new board of directors of the company. It includes Vladimir Sukhorukov, Managing Director of the investment company Sk Capital. In August of this year, Sk Capital acquired more than 10% of Softline shares for ₽5 billion.
