SFI shareholders approve sale of 87.5% of Europlan

SFI shareholders approved the sale of 87.5% of Europlan shares to Alfa-Bank for 56.9 billion rubles. Those who voted against or did not participate in the meeting can submit their shares for repurchase at ₽1256.4 per paper.
