Shareholders of EL5-Energo approved the reorganization of the company in the form of the merger of JSC VDK-Energo and LLC LUKOIL-Ekoenergo. Shares of VDK-Energo JSC and shares of LUKOIL-Ekoenergo LLC will be converted into 26.96 billion shares of the additional issue of EL5-Energo. Shareholders who voted against the reorganization or did not attend the meeting can submit their shares for repurchase at ₽0.5653 per paper.
