Tyumen Motor Builders will repay treasury shares and make an additional issue

Shareholders of Tyumen Motor Builders decided to repay 40,489 ordinary and 5,979 preferred shares. At the same time, it was decided to place 59,667 additional ordinary shares by closed subscription. The company decided not to disclose the range of potential purchasers. The share placement price will be set later.
