EMC Board of Directors proposed to place 32.8 million additional shares

EMC Board of Directors proposed to increase the authorized capital by placing 32.8 million shares by closed subscription in favor of Severgroup LLC. The share placement price is set at ₽766.2 per share. Payment is possible both in cash and by transferring shares to AVA-PETER. The shareholders' meeting on the issue of the additional issue will be held on February 4, 2026.
